France
Now France has some variations between uniforms.
The "light/off-duty" uniforms are mostly the same within all regions.
However, the "heavy/full-intervention" suits differ between the regions.
Some are fully orange (like Paris), others are more brown and others are black/navy blue. Even between these different colors, there are variations. For example: the way the reflective stripes are arranged.
However I think that as of now and in the near future, the black/ navy blue uniform is the most common version.
Below I will give a few examples of what I think is a good general solution for entire France and one for the Paris Region
Also in France, the fire brigades handles fires, as well as Ambulance services. So I will also give the uniforms for the Paramedics (of the Fire Brigade)

When intervening within Traffic, they must wear a high-vis vest when wearing the black/navy uniform (as that version isn't deemed visible enough on it's own)

This is the "heavy/full-intervention" uniform, that I think is a good representation of what the average French "heavy/full-intervention" uniform looks like. The only thing you have to do, is to remove the word "Nord" from the back of the coat (when implementing in game). The uniform belongs to the fire department of the city of "Roubaix"

The helmet that is used by this fire department is the "Gallet/MSA F1" in the color shiny chrome. This is also the most common type of helmet and color within French fire brigades

The "light/off-duty" uniforms are used whenever at the fire stations or when performing lighter, less dangerous activities.

The paramedics use the "light/off-duty" uniforms mentioned before, but when working in traffic, they got their own high-vis vest:

The "heavy/full-intervention" uniform is fully Orange for Paris. Since it is already so bright, they don't need to wear a high-vis vest when working in traffic

For the:
- "light/off-duty" uniforms (also used by paramedics)
- high-vis vests used by paramedics
the same models can be used, as the ones used for "entire France" since they are pretty much similar
