Russian road police
Often called short DPS (ДПС), which stands for "Dorozhno-Partulnaya Sluzhba" or "Dorozhno-Postovaya sluzhba" ("Дорожно-патрульная служба" or "Дорожно-постовая служба" in russian. It means "Road-patrol service" in english)

DPS officers use these logos on their uniform:
Located on the left arm

Belgium

Generalities
While multiple styles of hat are worn in Belgium, "calot" types hat are the most common among every agency in the country (As seen below).

Officers also have two badges that are worn on the chest, on the right side the badge contains the officer's name and the zone or federal division were he/she works and on the left side the badge indicates the officer's rank. These badges have blue markings for local officers and orange markings for federal officers (As seen below).

(NB: The rank of INP is the most common rank seen on the street, as seen above).
Wegpolitie/Police de la Route (WPR)
They are a branch of the federal police and by far the most common sight on Belgian highways.

The police service of the city of Liège.
