i watched a few videos on youtube from chris (webbo) webster i followed them to the t but when i add mod to the game they dont work programmes i'm using is scs extractor bxtbmp and fyzip and windows 7 paint which are same ones mr webster is using can someone help me please

hi guys i am really after some advice with this as i have followed the video's word for word and done everything the same but on the company skin only part of it work but the truck and trailer skins don't work is there something i have done wrong for it not to work as it does in the video
