Finally I managed to resolve the error.
For those who go through the same error follows the solution:

The problem occurs at the line: user_data [1]: after the colon ":" put it like this: user_data [1]: "" in the profile.sii file that is inside your profile folder
Then go to your save file called: game.sii and look for: license_plate and replace it with the plate number
