Sulfuric should be Sulphuric in both the cargo name for Sulphuric Acid and the description for ADR class 8 skills
In cabin Accessories in Truck Upgrades
Center Floor Items should be Centre

Force feedback centering should be centring
and in the drop downs for axis modes Centered should be Centred (both on its own and when combined with inverted)
Gameplay > Truck Settings
Steering autocenter should probably be autocentre (although I might argue for auto-centre)
Refueling should be Refuelling

Options > Gameplay > Regional - Localized city and country names should be Localised

Might I add: Options > Graphics > Vertical synchronization - should be "synchronisation".

Since 1.38, if not before, the rest stop areas appear to be shown as "parking lot" - these need to be "parking area" or "rest area".

That localised string has been there since at least v1.22 (the first version I played and thus have copies of the data files for), although whether it has always been visible I do not recall (and indeed I'm not sure where you are seeing it in game). I agree that 'rest area' or simply 'parking' would be more idiomatic English.
