Fast Clock at Some Companies

At some companies the clock is moving at highway speeds. These are the 2 I know of for sure.

I grabbed an urgent load at Chemso today, but it took 3.5 hours (game time) just to park my b-double in the loading zone because of the fast clock. Normally it only takes me 15-30 game minutes. The clock is at normal speed on the street just outside the Chemso gate. It's also at normal speed at the nearby Avalanche Steel.

Same with the Eddy's in Vegas. Clock is at normal speed on the street outside, but speeds up as soon as you pass through the gate.
