Maybe I'm misinterpreting the situation, but here's how I view it:
The road highlighted in green must be a major road, as suggested by the dashed markings; therefore traffic turning left (red arrows) don't need to stop/give way, as indicated by the priority sign (purple circle).
If this road is the major road, the road highlighted in orange must be a minor road - there is a yield/give way sign there (light blue circle), meaning they give way to traffic on the major road, therefore this has to be a minor road.
Traffic turning right on the major road (blue arrows) shouldn't need to stop/give way (unless they are turning left onto the minor road [orange] when traffic on the other side is approaching). If this is the case, the yield/give way sign (red circle) is unnecessary. (Additionally, AI following the blue arrows do not yield anyway, turning right regardless of traffic on the other side of the road, as there is no reason for them to yield.)
