Radio stutter on start

I've noticed that upon tuning to any radio station the stream stutters once after a few seconds and no problems since.

I had similar problem in our system where the audio stream initial buffer size did not match the buffer size. While interesting idea, this cannot work properly on realtime audio streams.

Smallest fix would be to use about 1 second buffer. Presuming radio is 128kbps, that would be 15 kilobytes (src)

Advanced fix would be start with 15 kilobyte buffer and everytime running out of buffer expand the buffer by 50%.
