Special transport lead and escort vehicle drops out [82604]

Happens when doing a special transport from Phoenix to Sierra Vista, north of Tucson with about 90 miles remaining. We're in the right lane which becomes an exit lane and we need to move to the middle lane. The 'change lane' message appears but the lead vehicle doesn't change lanes and slows down to a stop. I'm able to pass it and complete the assignment but both lead and escort vehicles are missing. I've done this run twice and it happened both times.

Thanks for your report. This has been reported before, it was presumably fixed but I tested internally again and indeed the bug persists.
