No lane blocking / warning of blocked road [118845]

Hello SCS software,
I found a bug. I drove south from Lodz when there was a roadblock at the end of the 1st motorway triangle south of Lodz. The left lane should have been blocked, but you can see that in the video! I have Mods in the Mod folder, but nothing in this profile activated! It is a very new Profile.

Reproducibility: I have see this at the first Time.
