Saved palettes for 2&3-color non-metallic paintjobs don't apply properly [123246]
First saved color applies properly, third color applies as second, second color gets lost and black applies as third color. For two-color palettes, first color applies properly, second gets lost and replaced with black.

Can you provide me screenshots and your game.log when this happens? Which paintjobs do it? Thanks.

@TruckerDog, all of them. All non-metallic, 2- or 3-color paintjobs. Trucks and trailers. It's not a model or paintjob issue, it's a code issue. Maybe Linux/OpenGL-specific, probably related to how locked or absent colors are handled in the code.

(yes, the same happens in dealership/service interface)

I see the issue now. It seems to happen when you replace the preset you have already saved.
In case of the Mack Anthem, you have 3 colors. Then you saved those 3 colors on a slot which had a preset with 2 colors only. Then when you apply those 3 colors, it seems to save only the 2 first colors. Interesting! Definitely a bug here.
Thanks for your help!

No. it happens regardless. Saving to an empty slot and immediately applying the preset triggers it just the same. Saving over whatever was there previously and applying it triggers it. Just opening the interface and trying to apply previously saved palette triggers it. Note how for a couple of paintjobs, the first color gets replaced, not the second/third one (I only noticed it when recorded it for all trucks). That's a list/arrays handling issue. I don't remember what you have in paintjob defs, base/r/g/b or a/r/g/b, but most probably the bug triggers when a component is missing in the paintjob def because the code expects to translate the saved list into colours in specific order.TruckerDog wrote: โ30 Jul 2020 16:33 I see the issue now.
