Speed limit errors in 1.38?

Hello. strange situation few restrictions on the route, speed at roundabouts as it slows down on descents like here in the photo or not too fast in this tight curve at 90 km / h, on highways I see 100 km / h. does not change from 80 km / h. Will it be fixed in 1.39 because something strange happened. how would some update spoil the limitations. Please write back quickly. Thank you. ?
