[IDAHO] I84 West sudden change in speed limit [150689]

At the following position:
(sec-0020-0008);-77007.2;71.9586;-31179.4;0.859547;-0.0482937,
i84_img1.png
the speed limit suddenly changes from 70mph to 65mph (without traffic signs).
This remains so up to the red circled place on picture 2.

Unfortunately, there a lot of point at roads what this kind of thing happens. I hope Beta Testers will pay more attention to this
