Improper Highway Closure, US 550 NM-CO

The northbound lanes of US 550 Between Farmington, New Mexico and Durango, Colorado was blocked at the intersection of US 550 and US 64 in NM. The incident occurred on the right turn ramp in CO and the intersection of US 550 and US 160. The incident did not obstruct traffic on the US 550 in anyway and did not justify a closure.
