Chance of raining

I'm not sure it's a bug or just coincidence, the chance of raining seems much higher then I set in gameplay option, I set it quite low cause I don't like to play during rain but it's just keep raining everynight recently....

I had the same issue. It was a weather mod I was using.

Just turn it off all the way down unless you want rain.Then turn it back up
