Strange penalty bug

Hello. I've discovered a really weird and annoying bug lately. It's on the Hungary-Romania border, on the way to Romania. First you pass trough the document checking. And then the game tells you to pass trough the weight checking thing. And before you reach it, the game takes 2000 euros from you for "illegal border crossing". Now that's annoying. Be aware that all the time I follow the GPS and go in the exact lanes it tells me to. Let me know if anyone of you experienced that same bug. Any help will be appreciated!

Update: The same thing happens when going towards Hungary.

I can not reproduce this bug so are you using mods?
From what town to which are you driving with your cargo?

I'm not using mods, and it doesn't matter from where to where I'm driving.
