Istanbul Speed limit issue

OS: Windows 10 x64
Version: 1.40.0.213s

Speed limit under Bridge is marked incorrectly at 56mph for about 5 meters under a bridge. Around the left corner it is 31mph before the location in the picture it is 31mph. [75881.9;6.61946;48129.7;0.135044;-0.309991]
