[Iberia DLC] - Stutter.

I have same issue,

Before IBERIA DLC had around 70-80 fps, after Iberia even in France started with 50 - 60 fps. When crossing border with Spain, started the stutter almost everytime. Sometimes is annoying to drive with too much stutter. Also notice that the road on Iberia side of the map has some fails i believe between tiles, because i see missing texture on the road.

I had like 3 small drops to 50-52 FPS for a second-two during my 4 hour trip in Iberia, normally I have locked FPS on 60 and everything is fine, no stuttering.

There's some confusion in here. FPS drops are not the same as stuttering.

Please be clear on what you are experiencing:

Oh and thanks for clearing that up about FPS and stutter. I'm not an expert on these things.

I have some stuttering too in many different locations. Example: Valencia garage.

This remember to me Idaho DLC, the only DLC I bought at release, and now Iberia because is my country

I don't like to buy at release for this reason. For me it's better to buy when DLC is more polished, and then it's even cheaper

Am also certain it also stutter with Road To The Black Sea DLC when that got released

I can confirm about this stutters.
As Im a Low-end PC user, I also experiencing this stutters on Iberia DLC area.
I was playing on 1.39 & 1.40 (while in still Beta) previously and my PC can handle with smooth (no stutters) around 24-33fps in Medium settings.
While playing on 1.40 in Iberia DLC, I try to lowering my graphic settings, this stutter issue still occurs especially while passing or entering a city. But its still smooth around 33-40 fps on the highway.

Right now Im driving south/west part and this region is clear so far. Mayby it was really server overcharging or northern part colose to France have problems.

EDIT.

From south to Madrit was stutter at this time. Mayby its really server ? What do you think about this server possibility ?

@JankoPL I immediately take a ride from Faro to Coimbra (South & West part of Iberia DLC) after saw your latest post, and then its was smooth around 33-37fps on the highway with a tiny bit of stutters near Lisboa and some stutters (around 3-5 times of stutters) while entering Coimbra.

I don't think about the server possibility as I take a test with just driving without hauling any cargos (free-roaming with selected pin on map). But if its about the server possibilty, as I guess the game just sent the telemetry things (including latest location, job progress, etc.) periodically to the server and its should not affect the performance *CMIIW

Maybe tomorrow, I will take some of WoTr loads (completing Cruising Iberia event) and try to monitoring the performance effects in every different locations on Iberia

1366 km via Iberia and lot of stutterm . I will finish event and wait until they fix it. I hope @CarbonGTGaming is right in this topic To Moderators please consider my first post in toppic as actual bug confirmed by others.
