Thanks for pointing that out, @plykkegaard. Where/how can one search for that bug report? Did we miss some keywords while searching these forums, or Is there another public facing bug reporting system to go through?
I wish to avoid posting anything on bug report systems whenever possible.

This signature virus has been spliced with the Fundementalism-B virus to create a new more contagious strain. Please look for it infecting a signature near you.

Thanks, @plykkegaard. The closest I found was this one: Dark mirrors [KNOWN]. The last post on that thread, from SiSL was early February, though.
From skimming through most of the other similar posts, these issues seem to be corrected on a mirror by mirror basis. In that case, if a new mirror case is found, should one report it in a new thread, add the report to an ongoing thread (that aggregates all identified cases), or just wait for the next minor update (e.g. 1.40.x) before raising the flag?

If the report on a different truck is acknowledged I'd create a new report, if not I'll bump it by a reply with more findings
