[Iberia DLC] - Misspelling Sign in Porto v2 [NOT A BUG]

Bug Description: The sign is saying "outras direcções " but should be "outras direções". "direcções" with "C" is no longer used with our new orthographic agreement.

@TunaPT you are right on the new spelling, but SCS reproduced the sign as in real life.
