[Iberia DLC] Gijon wrong traffic light wrong sequence and incomplete skin.

Hello I noticed that almost all the traffic lights on the city of Gijon have the wrong sequence, currently in game the sequence is green-amber-red-amber-green, but in real life the traffic light secuence in Gijon is green-amber-red-green.(Purple circles)

Also noticed that the skin of the traffic lights is unfinished the back part off the lights on the top should be black like the pole and also the arm that hold the down lights should be black too like the pole.(Red Circles)
