A drivable road that doesn't show on the map exists in Cortiçadas de Lavre (Portugal)

Yup, just found this myself. Have a clip of me driving along it here.
One end is at approx; -886363.3 26.0959 52764.2

These are examples of 'Easter Egg' roads. They are drivable and will not be added to the GPS.
