[Iberia DLC] ADR wrong speed limit Spain. [KNOWN]

Hello I noticed that in Spain the speed limits for the ADR freight are wrong.
In Spain speed limits for ADR trucks are 10km/h less than the generic limit for each type way.
(For example in Highways/motorway instead of 90km/h ADR should be 80km/h, and for normal roads (Nacionales) should be 70km/h insted of 80km/h)

adviser shows generic limit for trucks (or cars if set). it does not take into consideration what is your exact vehicle configuration or cargo.
much like real navigation devices.

In the case of the Special transport, adviser show the generic limit for special transport well, but anyways maybe the GPS(IRL in some you can programe the limits) couldn't indicate well the speed limit, but the police should fine you for go over the limits for ADR, and currently the don't do it in game.
