Renault T Evo retarder switch bug

The new Renault T Evo just like the older T has 4 levels retarder, but in the Evo the switch is moving only 3, at the last level only a sound effect can be heard, the switch is not moving.

(The log file has not been created when the video made, I made a completely new profile and check the issue there as well to be 100% sure that it is not caused by a removed mod or something)
