Having completed all the ets2 achievements as well as the "cruising iberia" event, I am doing my road explorations to reach 100% for version 1.40.3.3.
Zone not accessible / explorable in the normal way.
Be aware that with or without mods the bug is present.
To explore the shadow zone you have to use the developer view and press F9 to teleport into the building.
