[Road to the Black Sea - Romania] Duplicate DN1 Shield on World Map [158106]

hi, on the world map with only the base game and the dlcs, i can see a duplicate of the DN1 shield (one's behind the other) southwest of Tg. Mureș. attached is a picture of the issue and my game.log

Win10 64bit
Always reproducible
Game version 1.40.3.3
