Game crashes on map open

1) Can not get coordinates, but I start around Saint-Petersburg on my first and original base
2) Does not depend on particular point probably. Minimap works correctly.
3) On opening the full screen map, game just crashes. It reproduces from profile menu and from driving. Contract can still be selected. As from logs looks like something is wrong with map navigation info. It first appeared before I bought Iberia DLC today and continue to appear after DLC is downloaded and enabled. On each load I see "Content change detected" also.
4) 1.40? Latest version from Steam.
5) Win10 64 bit
6) Always on my existing profile. It does not allow me to play the game normally, however, this does not reproduce on new profile in the same location. No mods were ever installed I believe.
