AI vehicles frequently crashing into each other at tunnel in Oslo [157980]

The right of way seems to be messed up at this location. Vehicles turning left to enter the tunnel are frequently crashing into vehicles that are turning right to enter the tunnel. Should be easy to reproduce by just watching the traffic for a minute.
