That's actually the activation icon for special transport jobs, which in this case, in Istanbul, isn't situated in a company prefab unlike others. If you for example visit a normal company in the base map where you can take special transport jobs, there will two icons one being on top of the other one: one for normal contracts, another for special transport jobs. So this is not a bug.

As stated the activation point isn't on the company prefab, so no name near the activation point.

Pretty sure those triggers are for the Special Transport jobs, which technically don't start or end at specific company.
