Hi SCS Team!
I found the same bug in Iberia under Zaragoza, witch I attached. This happened under 1.40, no mods allowed. My Pc is 64 bit with Windows 10. Sometimes happened this, when I make fast deliveries.

I have seen seen this before it was caused by a failing graphics card
Once replaced everything was fine

That's the second report I see about it and as it happens I also got this issue after the last update. I doubt we all suddenly got our graphics card giving up on us at the same time but I see a common denominator: the update (also: Iberia).plykkegaard wrote: ↑19 May 2021 08:18 I have seen seen this before it was caused by a failing graphics card

Yet, follow Madkine's advice and verify your game files. Steam reinstalled 2 files so it seems obvious to me that something went wrong with the last update. That fixed it for me.
Edit June 15th: Another update. I had to verify my game files again which reinstalled 2 files (I guess the same 2, no idea which ones). What's the deal with the buggy updates lately?

Re: Iberia bug [NOT A BUG]
This problem is resolved, when I verify my game files. The game downloaded 2 files again and this resolved this issue. And I would like to ask a question: How can I see when the update buggy or wrong? - Thanks the answer in advance.

Basically you can't, if you have something problematic in the game very your game files as the first step when troubleshooting, it shouldn't take long
