Yakima: Glowing Building [152865]

Problem: Weird pink glow at night. From distance, entire building glows. Up close, building looks fine but other objects still reflect the pink glow.
Suspicion: Log looks like its pointing a finger at "/model/building/administration/wa_admin13_lod2_baked_lumillu.tobj"
Config: Windows 10x64, Radeon 5700XT, Steam verified install files. Testing-only profile, never had mods loaded.
