[Washington DLC] Undiscoverable piece of road

Near Kennewick (WA) is an unreachable and undiscoverable (I tried by teleporting) piece of road, which (likely) prevents the map coverage being 100%.

A single map item will not prevent you from getting the 99.995% you need to reach 100% in game. With all official map DLCs you would need to be missing (at least) a couple of dozen prefabs/short road pieces to be 'stuck' on 99.99% (I cannot say for sure because I have yet to reach that discovery percentage on ATS nor do I own all of the DLC but when I reached 100% with v1.39 of ETS2 and all its DLC I was missing 37 map items)
