lighting in camera 4 (roof) view

I have always driven from the camera 4 view as I really enjoy the scenery. Since the 1.40 update with the new lighting, the view from camera 4 is much darker than from any other camera view. This is especially noticeable at night. Even the view in the rear view mirrors is much brighter than the looking ahead view from camera 4 (roof). So while driving at night, for example, looking straight ahead I can't see the stars but if I look in the rear view mirrors I can see them.
