[California] Gap terrain

Hello,

Every time I pass by there, I notice gaps with the ground where there is a railroad track.

Here are the coordinates at the beginning of the gaps and the coordinates at the end in my opinion. I haven't seen any other gaps afterwards but there may be others that I haven't seen.
