American Truck Simulator Map Editor Issue 1.40

Hi,
I was using the map editor 3 weeks ago and I found out that all the items in my map were an invalid item, I look thru the directory Documents > American Truck Simulator > editor > contentbrowser > aliases and each .sii file was a notepad file, I tried deleting and reinstalling the game and nothing happened. I had the same problem with my mod folder but it was back to normal, I didn't know how it fixed itself. But I don't know how to recover the sii files back to normal.
