Well, I tried to submit my design but I get an error that says "You do not meet the criteria to validate the form."

The funny thing is that I complete all the fields and the pictures are in PNG, less than 2 mb each of them. I sent a DM over fb to Renault Trucks but I didn't get an answer.

Depends on how the 2 Mb is calucated at the upload form
20 Mb is 2048 Kb but can be interpreted as a diffenret (lower) value

Or the criteria that failed in the form was another because whatever reason.

Maybe some bad-programming of the form combined with some data wrote on it (special non-english characters for example) could cause a problem,

Well, I tried to submit my design but I get an error that says "You do not meet the criteria to validate the form."......

I faced the same issue yesterday. Had 7 pics in jpg, all under 2MB each, but it threw me that error all the three times I tried. This was on Firefox with noscript & u-block origin disabled. Tried with 3 pictures this time in Edge & it went through.

You could try that.

@Graf_Boinenn I had the same error... The problem is that you can't take too long to send the form. Write the message you want to send in a .txt file and have all the pics in .jpg, then, when you're ready to send, quickly select the pics and copy and paste the message you wrote in the .txt and click send. It should work.
