Baby steps Slash, besides it only makes sense to fix AA first so that screenshots can look perfect

About new weather, now I think that the new light system was needed to work on it.

Of course, it's babysteps. I don't think it will come on 1.41, but for sure will be developed over the 1.4X series of updates.

Random, mostly-irrelevant thing that might be worth changing: the Western Star 49X page still details the content it released with, rather than the content it has now.

Probably doesn't matter considering it's free DLC and downloads automatically meaning most people will never even see this page, but it's there.

Why this truck is available as a separate DLC on STEAM? This is unusual

All ATS trucks are separate DLCs, but recently they also have actual pages (Cascadia and 49X).

I wonder why they make the trucks in American Truck Simulator separate DLCs

Because this way they are easier to seamlessly add without the need of a new game version. They are easier to test on multiple levels. The DLC file system is a lot cleaner. And there's probably a few more benefits to it all.
ETS2 would go truck DLC way as well, if it was Steam only.
Fighting for life. One day at a time.
