SCS General Discussion Thread
Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
FT means 4x2 tractor in DAF classification. FTG is 6x2/4, FTT is 6x4, etc.
You can lear about it on DAF site, or here

Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
How the duck could we possibly know this, mate?
I have approximate knowledge of many things
Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
Thanks for the heads up, Eugene. Just now had a look at their merch website for miniatures and came across 'FT' which rendered me confused. So I guess it's just XF then.
Or we could have a nomenclature similar to other Paccar trucks, like New Peterbilt 579, Kenworth T680 Nextgen, maybe Future DAF XF?
Also, for the release, DAF itself is slow in teasing. We got two teasers so far with a week gap between them. They didn't announce a date yet.
The best that could happen is announcing that the Future DAF XF is coming to ETS2 by either party involved.

I bet the name of the new XF will be XF.
No need to complicate it, wait and see.

Thanks! I just had a look at startthefuture.daf.com and I agree from what I saw there. Let's see if and how it ends up in ETS2!

Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
If it’s coming, I’d like to see both mirror and camera options.

Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
And gauges Hopefully they are a thing on this new DAF.
Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
You can be almost sure about that, other Paccar trucks had the gauge option. However if it’s going to be an one configuration stuff initially like the 49X, I’d love to see it all-digital. We never really had such a truck in the game.
