I doubt ETS2 1.37 will come until they iron out more issues in ATS. ATS got it first because its smaller. Let the ETS2 community at 1.37 now and SCS will get their head handed to them. If you think the complaints in ATS are bad, multiple that by 4-5 with ETS2. Lots more to do with sounds in ETS2.

For all the problems and adjustments with the FMOD for ATS, I would not be surprised if the 1.37 of the ETS2 did not come with FMOD and open the windows and stayed for the next update. We are talking about a total of 26 trucks compared to 6 trucks on ATS and the work is sure to be much bigger in ETS2. Unless this 1.37 Open Beta in both games is quite long duration.

I'm assuming the beta for 1.37 (at least for ATS) would probably last until at least late March/early April.

No guarantee, of course.

So, far 1.37 has brought only FMOD and openable windows (extension of FMOD). Is not much, they need to test stability (it seems to be a problem) and tweak the FMOD. Is not that much, to be honest, I guess the beta will more like a user feedback tweaking so it won't last for too long.
I have approximate knowledge of many things

I keep seeing that the T680 is pretty good. Perhaps they only completed one truck and the others still getting adjustments. I sure hope that's the case. But getting feedback is critical for such a huge jump.

My problem with 1.37 is not "bug report worthy". It's the automated manual transmission thing, which isn't a bug, just sounds awful and unrealistic. The sounds will improve eventually. SCS started and they are on a good way. Time will tell, but I am optimistic.

Allright, game is freezing from time to time. That will be corrected I am sure... So, happy trucking y'all and save hard, save often... ;)

So that's why they choose all these pixelated shots with missing shadows? Hilarious.

Cheers

there is no way 1.37 for ETS2 will come without FMod, this is pure nonsense

the code base is already there, doing the animations is a walk in the park, same with the sounds if they will use generic ones at first and then start to expand on it gradually
i have more the feeling that this beta will be the longest one because Idaho could also come with it later one

yeah because a nasa PC is requirement to get an EP
