Yay! Great!

I hope this opens the door to an official tyre DLC brand in the future (for ATS).

I can't believe is happening I asked for it and is happening :D

viewtopic.php?f=28&t=129589&p=1356693&h ... s#p1356693
Sometimes we do get our wishes :D . I keep counting all the ones when my prayers are answered too, lol. Lowboys is the most recent one. Wind turbines coming to ATS is one and maybe...just maybe one of the biggest ones is the intro to 8x4 with this new WS.

@Supersobes ohhh snap, so they did do it then. I just missed it. This week is such a busy week for me. I so hate that I didn't get to support the devs live. Sorry Ilona, I had planned to what ya live. Thanks for the video link. I'll watch it while working.

@Graf_Boinenn I most definitely agree. I think this is a SCS thing though. But I hope real tire manufacturers come to. I'd rather pay for official SCS tires instead of mods. One less thing to keep track of and we know SCS content would always be fully supported by them. When weather and season come, SCS can set all that stuff.

Possible tyre manufacturers for ATS that could enter
Goodyear (in ets2)
Dunlop
Bridgestone
Michelin(in ets2)
BF Goodrich(owned by Michelin)
Hankook
Pirelli

Btw what was the stream about?
I bet things are gonna be teased :ugeek:

If we do get a tyre dlc for ATS I'm thinking the first 3 will be goodyear, Michelin, and BF Goodrich because both goodyear and Michelin are in ets2 so it will be easier for them to get the license for ATS and BF Goodrich because it's owned by Michelin so it might be easier to get the license for them although this isn't guaranteed

Speaking about Michelin and ETS 2.I do wish i was able to put the tires on trailers. There's the models that can be used already(X Multiway 3D XZE and X Line Energy Z),i think what's needed is SCS to speak to Michelin,in order to get the rights to put the tires on ownable trailers.
