@FAres i remember both Renault Premium and Magnum having only 4x2 chassis back then.
I was 21 back then when i started playing, now i'm 29.Time goes by real quick, both by game age and my own age
Who knews back then if ETS 2 was going to be a success and was still going to receive updates and DLCs to this day.I didn't thought about that myself.
Imagine that,ATS is turning 5 years old next year.

Happy Birthday ETS2! :D

You have probably saved me a lot of money by not having the urge to buy other pc-games (well, I've bought a few during these 8 years)

It took me 8 years to realize that they released on my wedding day  except i got married in 2010 and they released 2 years later. I feel so stupid for not noticing it sooner.

Anyways gratz SCS/ETS2 for keeping the game alive (along with modders) and for still updating and adding new goodies.

I would disagree and say that Road to the Black Sea was the worst (at release), especially Romania. Multiple important roads are missing, multiple important cities are missing, and the signage is still not fixed even though I reported multiple errors nearly a year ago. And I really fear that a December release for Iberia would result in it having the same problems.
1) notice I said that I have experienced and 2) I should have clarified, I am talking about ATS. I forgot I was in the SCS General Discussion Thread. I don't know signs nor roads well enough to judge ETS2 maps.

Well, it could had been a lot worse @SpiritoftheLioness. Imagine if it would had happened on the opposite, that you remembered that birthday but not the day of your wedding.

You would had said to your partner "Hey, today's is ETS2 anniversary!" and he/she answered you "Yeah, also it's OUR anniversary. You forget it... again"

Congratulations SCS and ets 2 a game. Which is not just a game but also something where a lot of friendships have developed. For this just thank you SCS for such a great job that you keep proving. # EuroTruckSimulator2 #scssoftware #bestcommunity
Well said. I can agree in general. I know I definitely don't look at ATS like a game when I use real company mods. Its trucking that I see day to day. Since I don't live in Europe, I can't see it as realistic as ATS because I can't relate to anything.

Happy Birthday to the best simulator game! :D

And for the truck transporter, I guess that we might get the Iveco factory in Madrid.
