CPU: Intel Core i5-4690 @3.5GHz (quad core haswell)
GPU: Nvidia 860GTX
I still without any official answer but I started to get more FPS on 1.29, so I only can imagine they added some new rendering tricks from newer APIs

It's at least 5 fps but can reach 15 more in some areas.

I'm running pretty close to 60 on cities now.

My FPS has been constantly improving since the build that had the pmg change (1.27?)

I would say it is because of LOD distance tweaks but don't throw me out of window because I'm saying it is not "new API's" to crash your hopes and dreams :D

If that's the case I'm surprised how LODs alone can affect performance.

LODs affect performance GREATLY! A LOT GREATLY!

But modded game play may be worse because most modders copy/paste same model as lods.

Or they use turbosquid models so the main model is larger than three SCS trucks and their LODS combined.

Damn, I was so excited, when I heard they plan to release something, which is in development for over a year...I was thinking - seasons, finally? Fully openable windows with interactive sound? Or hell yeah, maybe totally new graphics with DX11 support, which most of the players are waiting for...?

No. We will get something which will happy only those, who love oversized cargoes. For the first time I'm complaining, because I'm not only disappointed, but I'm truly sad. I had my own hopes, but hope died today for me.
well, what should i say ?

you did disappoint yourself, SCS hinted nearly a year ago that this will be coming

I really hope that there are other types of escort vehicles rather than just that van type vehicle in that video.
