@xXCARL1992Xx You are right I missed that.

Same thing applies. you have to model the inside of the storage area behind the door.
There are naive questions, tedious questions, ill-phrased questions, questions put after inadequate self-criticism. But every question is a cry to understand the world. There is no such thing as a dumb question.

it would be really cool to make animations about how a certain product is produced on the production line and then after that animation there would be a picture that would be dark maybe for a second or two and then there would be a scene of an employee with a forklift carrying the truck While this the driver is watching the loading if he opens the truck door.

so the player could use cameras and angles to visualize that would be a really cool thing.

so he could capture screenshot and also make short videos where he can see the driver his avatar some company avatars workers loading his truck and maybe talking to the other worker while waiting for it to be loaded would be really cool with that i believe that youth could learn a lot about the economy how to produce products I believe it would be very educational

Sorry to break it to you, but animated things are far from the reality in these games. So, no. No animated door or anything like that.

@Edoo_Kaplan far from reality? Sooooo we don't have animated gates in the game? We don't have animated truck cables, no animated landing gear, no animated axles? SCS is always trying to add that one extra step for immersion because people ask for it. If there is something that is not a pita to do, we never know what the devs will do. So I am sorry to break it to you my fellow trucker, but animations are already in the game and that is without cutscenes.

cables and axles are not animated, they are physically calculated, this is a difference and also way more complex then animating it, but pretty much everything ingame that moves except the AI and the Player itself is animated, be it the pedestrians on the walkway, or the people on the prefabs or at tollbooth, or even a plane or jet flaying by, or even the whole player interior with all buttons and dials

If it moves, its has animation to it. Otherwise its stiff. But I won't argue. I know thats what you like doing. So I am done.

no it doesnt, the cables dont "exist" as a 3D model, they are physically based calculated, there is no animation same with axles and i should know it because i worked with it and seen the 3D models for it
