The Neoplan Tourliner is already included in the Game files, but i think it isn´t activated.

why has SCS not add the 9L engines for the Scania R and S ?

The Tourliner is active, I saw it once in Italy. In Genova though...

For R series, I have no idea. But for S series, the DC9 engines are not available.

They are still available for the R in real life

For the availability in-game, I guess the reason is simply that it's not that popular for semitrailer truck at Scania

I never seen an R cab 5 series up with 9L engine, only P and G cabs
