Re: SCS Blog discussion
Without actual sales figures, no one can draw any meaningful conclusion as to sales or potential customers. The only data that is available is via Steamspy, and Steamspy puts the ownership ratio at 5,2:1 and peak concurrent players at 7,35:1. That's an extremely wide margin, but who knows how reliable that data really is.

no
as far as i now they have stated they want the second team for ATS because you have a lot more area to cover, in the time you make a country in europe they must have mad at least 2,5 stats (Canada and Mexico counting in because AMERICAN truck Simulator not US Truck Simulator) made for ATS speed wise to be on paar with ETS2

Re: SCS Blog discussion
Honestly? For me ATS lacks in 2 major parts:
1. Map coverage - that's preety obvious and noone has any doubts about it
2. Truck models and I don't really mean lack of new trucks. That is dictated by licensing. For me the biggest offender though is how inacurate those 4 trucks we have ingame are. At this point, while we're not getting any new trucks and the "truck designing team" is preety much on holiday, I think they should rework the existing trucks, to make them at least pleasant to drive. Because honestly? I don't care about more map DLC's that much, since I don't really have a propper truck to drive around those new areas.

The smallest details always make the biggest difference.

Re: SCS Blog discussion
all people living on the American Continent are American
you can say what you wan but you are an American too but not an US American
therefore the game is about the Continent not the US

Re: SCS Blog discussion
North/Middle and South America are the American Continent
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Americas
the word American has nothing to do with US Citizens even when the whole world calls them Americans, they are US Americans

That's the politically correct German view. Better ask the people on the other side of the great pond.
People of "The Americas" - that's how English-speaking people over there call the continent(s) - see it in a different way.
Americas = the continent(s).
"America" doesn't describe a content, not even two: "America" is an "idea".
