I believe that's the steering wheel DLC if your talking about ATS.

S DLC for me is the data relating with the doubles while it's not included in the basegame
There is S DLC for both games and small in size, added at same time on SteamDB, so maybe i'm wrong but i think i'm not

Both games have a S depot available since last year, so who knows what accessories SCS might offer or what they'll do with it.
