Watch hours of them chatting about rubbish like every stream and nothing about upcoming things.

It changed recently, because a few years ago there were most teasers on streams - but the stream were more rare.
Right now we have streams almost every week, so it had to be changed about teasers frequency.

If you don't like these streams, just can just don't watch them

Personally i think the streams have "dumbed down" since the convoy update. The hosts seem to be more concerned about each others driving and the trip than being professional. I don't know but i find myself switching off or not even watching if its a convoy stream.
