Ahhhh, the sub-genre of Youtube videos about dashcams. It's the way the East wants to battle for the audience against Hollywood majors.
PD: I would I could be legal in here to put me one of those. I swear you half the drivers on my area would had lost the drivers license so far.

It's legal as long as it doesn't block your vision, so it's up to the benemérita agent at stake to determine that. Drivers' clubs recommend placing it between both head rests.
As for the rule, I'm not sure, I think that any truck or double vehicles over 3500kg must not use the third lane, it also applies to doubles with a lenght over 7 meters.
I've never seen any truckers using the third lane too, maybe sometime in a beltway at rush hour when the traffic was so congested that it came to a full stop because of an accident or some foreign truckers that may not be aware of the rule.

New rule in traffic: GPS tracking for all, if you don't slow down to avoid accidents you get 1/3 of the blame
Maybe full blame as in both games
A lot of these accidents can partly be avioded by greater awareness by all drivers

Yes, but sometimes it is the other way. I hate the voyeur effect. Is that the right way to call it? When there's a car stopped on the other way but everyone in your lane decides to slow down to check what's going on.

I Laugh with those that think by having a dash cam they are automatically right even when the footage shows that the accident is there fault
There are naive questions, tedious questions, ill-phrased questions, questions put after inadequate self-criticism. But every question is a cry to understand the world. There is no such thing as a dumb question.

You have three different "right of way"
- Law
- Insurence
- Common sense
If you put common sense first, you are in the clear regarding insurance and law
