Something related to 1.40 is due to be revealed this week. Or something that will be exclusive to ETS2 or something that will be part of both games, for example Multiplayer or some new ownership trailer.

Yeah he certainly means that. And about the waiting period, it certainly depends on the end product.

Ever since the daf thing, there are many serious requests for the S-Way not only in the forums, but also in other platforms. I hope we get it by this year.

I hope we get both this year. Shall we remember we had no new truck for ETS2 last year.

As I said, SCS is far beyond announcing “we are working on this truck.” So that daf thing can be regarded as “it’s coming”. We may be just weeks or months away from the launch.

The fact that we did not get even a single truck last year should reflect this year somehow, apart from these immediate launches. Even if one of these trucks get off the list (S Way, TGX EL3, TGX 2021, Actros, FH, F Max), it would be amazing.

I believed ATS truck releases would maintain consistency, but apparently that didn’t happen. New VNL 😭

(Fun fact: this year marks 25 years of VNL. Maybe a nice time to bring it to the game?)

SCS has to work on a truck for a year before the release in the game. 49X was an exception, it took them 6 months, but that's why it arrived with very limited options.

@Virgo91 @harishw8r Yes, you're right, it's 1.41! Where did I have my head when I wrote 1.40? :? :lol:

I would not create so many expectations about the 25 years of VNL...
Maybe special dates are not the main focus of SCS with the companies... Remember the blog post about Krone v2 (Thursday, March 12, 2020)? So, on May 5th, Krone celebrated 25 years of Cool Liner, I thought something could come to us, but... it seems to have 'cooled'.
