"We have already passed half of autumn" ... It seems that your seasonal calendars, as well as in SCS, are slightly different from the generally accepted ones.
If someone tells you that something is possible, they are almost certainly right. If he claims that something is impossible, he is very likely wrong.

I would also like same key for different places in the game. Keys for driving mode. Key's for main menu. Keys for garage and all the other things that are in the game. So pressing D in main menu would press the Drive button. But pressing D in garage menu would do something else on that screen.

That would be extreemly confusing

I don't see why it should be confusing. Plenty of games have context based bindings. GTA, for one.

You also have an OS that uses lots of shortcuts that work different on the programs you use... You can use them or not. You still have the cursor like before.

It is the program which defines the keyboard usage not the OS
